How to view the list of awards I've set on Antavo?

You can find the configuration page of the Rewards module by clicking on the Rewards icon in the sidebar. You’ll first find the list of rewards that you’ve already set up.

What is a mobile pass in Antavo?

Mobile passes can be used as customers’ loyalty membership cards, or coupons and tickets that they earn from your loyalty program. All you need is a POS system that enables sales associates to scan the barcode or QR code on the pass, which is stored in an app on the customer’s mobile device.

Is Antavo wallet supported on iOS devices?

Antavo’s wallet is supported on both Android and iOS devices. 'Apple Wallets' is used on iOS devices whereas 'Google Pay' works for both.

How many customer segments can be created within Antavo?

There is no limit to the segments that can be created. You can create an unlimited number of segments with the built-in segment editor.
